To maximize the performance and durability of the car wash machine during use, it is essential to install the machine correctly.

1. INSTALLATION OF HIGH-PRESSURE CAR WASH MACHINE

• Installation location: Place the machine on a flat, well-ventilated surface, preferably away from the car washing area to avoid dirty water splashing in, creating the best operating conditions for the machine.
• Connect water supply to the machine: install one end of the water suction hose into the machine, make sure to install a rubber gasket to seal the hose and prevent pressure loss during use. The other end connects to the water supply hose. Or it can be dropped into water tanks, but a debris filter must be installed to prevent dirt from the water source entering the machine. 
• Install the water return nozzle into the hose next to the pump.
• Connect the high-pressure water hose to the spray gun: This is the water outlet, make sure you connect the correct inlet and outlet nozzles!
• Power up the machine: install the power source according to the technical requirements of the machine, adjust the voltage according to the manufacturer's specifications. Do not adjust the voltage too high as it will damage the equipment. 
• Check the power source and all connections. Turn on the machine start switch.
• Use the spray gun to wash: For some machines with high pressure, you should stand firm when squeezing the trigger to avoid falling due to high pressure.
• Adjust the nozzle: Change the spray nozzle for each stage or usage requirement.

2. OPERATION OF HIGH-PRESSURE CAR WASH MACHINE

- After installation, check the power source, all connections, and then start the machine.

- Open the high-pressure spray gun for a few seconds to release the air pressure.

- When washing the car, do not hold the spray gun too far from the surface to be cleaned as the water pressure will decrease affecting the cleaning efficiency.

- When squeezing the spray gun trigger, a strong pressure will be created, so the user needs to hold the gun firmly in a stable position to ensure safety and prevent falling.

- After washing, slowly release the trigger and turn off the machine.

- Use tape or plastic to cover the electrical switch socket tightly to prevent water splashing and causing a short circuit.

- Do not use the high-pressure spray gun to spray directly on electronic components, moving parts, and spark plugs of the car to avoid damage to the vehicle.
