The air compressor paint spray gun has a fairly simple structure. They work based on the difference in compressed air pressure. Therefore, whether the amount of air entering the gun is strong or weak affects the paint spraying process. If not enough air is supplied, the gun will not operate as effectively as desired, or may not even be able to operate at all.

But if too much air is supplied, it will waste the amount of paint output.

It can be simply understood like this: The gun's head is designed as two tubes with gradually smaller cross-sections placed perpendicular to each other.

One ​​tube is connected to the air compressor via the air line (at the end of the handle), the other tube is plugged into the paint cup.

Because the cross-sectional area at the top of the pipe is smaller, when passing through here, the compressed air is accelerated, and when it goes out, it will create a low pressure space. Because of the pressure difference, the paint at the other end of the tube is sucked up from the paint tank and is torn apart by the compressed air stream before being taken out.
