Application:

• Yato YT-71540 30m Fiberglass Terrain Measuring Tape Measure is used for measuring large distances in open or indoor terrain.

Principle of operation:

• YT-71540 tape measure is composed of:
  • Ruler shell: made from ABS plastic, high durability, good impact resistance.
  • Measuring tape: made from fiberglass, 30m long, can withstand good traction, does not stretch, does not rust.
  • Ruler hook: made from steel, has high hardness, helps stabilize the ruler when measuring.
  • Crank handle: helps retrieve the tape quickly.
• When in use, the user pulls the measuring tape out of the case and hooks it to the position to be measured. Then, use the crank to retrieve the measuring tape and read the measurement results on the scale.

Instructions for use:

1. Prepare:

• Check to see if the tape measure is damaged.
• Hook the ruler to the position to be measured.

2. Measurement:

• Pull the measuring tape out of the housing until it reaches the position to be measured.
• Keep the measuring tape flat and taut.
• Read measurement results on the scale.

3. Recovering measuring tape:

• Use the crank to retrieve the measuring tape.
• Keep the measuring tape flat to avoid twisting.
