• The soldering iron will heat until it reaches the set temperature.
• When the torch tip is placed in the welding position, the temperature will decrease.
• The microprocessor will increase the power supplied to the soldering iron to compensate for the lost heat.
• When the torch tip is lifted out of the welding position, the microprocessor will reduce the power supplied to the torch.
• Auto-off function turns off the soldering iron after the set time to save energy.
