1. Turning the Machine On and Off:

   • To turn on the device, press the power button.
   • To turn off the device, hold down the power button for a few seconds.

2. Select Measurement Mode:

   • Use the function button to select the desired measurement mode (single measurement, continuous measurement, area measurement, volume measurement, etc.).

3. Adjust Unit of Measurement:

   • Use the unit conversion button to switch between meters, feet, inches, or feet + inches.

4. Measuring Distance:

   • Direct the machine towards the point to be measured.
   • Press the measurement button to start the measurement process.
   • Results will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5. Measuring Area and Volume:

   • Select area or volume measurement mode.
   • Enter the necessary dimensions and the machine will automatically calculate.

6. Measuring Tilt Angle:

   • Activate continuous tilt measurement mode to measure both distance and tilt angle simultaneously.

7. Save and Review Results:

   • Use the memory button to save and review 20 measurement results.
   • Use the function button to switch between results.

8. Change Measurement Start Point:

   • Use the function button to select different measurement starting points.

9. Using the Intermediate Measurement Mode:

   • Select intermediate measurement mode using right triangle, parallel, two right triangles, two parallel as needed.

10. Battery Charging:

    • When the battery is low, the screen will display "Low battery."
    • Use the USB port to charge AAA NiMh batteries (3 pieces) via the USB charging port.

11. Water Protection and Preservation:

    • Store the device at -10 ~ +50 ˚C.
    • Store according to instructions to ensure IP65 water resistance.

12. Replace Battery:

    • Before replacing the battery, move the cover on the back in the direction of the arrow.
    • Gently press on both sides to lift the lid and push it out.
