Instructions for use:

1. Select measurement function:

• Use the function knob to select the desired measurement function: AC/DC Voltmeter, AC/DC Ammeter, Ohmmeter, Faradmeter, Hz, °C.

2. Select measuring range:

• Use the range knob to select the range appropriate to the expected value of the measurement.
• You should choose the measuring range closest to the expected value for the highest accuracy.

3. Take measurements:

• Connect the measuring rods to the points to be measured.
• Read the measured value on the pointer.

4. Note the results:

• Note down the measured value along with the measuring function and measuring range used.

5. Power off:

• After use, turn off the multimeter power by turning the function knob to the OFF position.

Principle of operation:

• YT-73086 multimeter uses a pointer to display measured values.
• The needle is controlled by an electromagnetic coil, which operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
